Of course, flexible cables still have many disadvantages, so when we use flexible cables, there are many precautions we need to take into account.

Flexible cables are extremely soft wires, so they cannot be twisted. If twisted, they will easily break. Of course, the equipment they are placed in is crucial. Generally, drag chain cables are used as containers for them. If a flexible cable is twisted, it will break immediately. Therefore, if laying cables, it is necessary to use cable rolls to achieve this, which is very important. During the installation process of cables, one important point to note is that they must be installed very loosely. If they are too tight, the cables will break. So everyone must pay attention to this. When installing cables, remember to be gentle. When extending flexible cables, they must be stretched gently. If too much force is applied, everyone must pay attention to how they use the cables.

Spring wire, also known as slingshot wire and spiral wire, is a type of device connecting wire that utilizes its retractability to function.
Generally made by winding TPU cables, it is used to control the power connection of movable equipment movement. It can quickly rebound in a short time and is widely used in movable equipment such as automobiles, machines, and instruments. According to the direction, there are mainly left-direction coil springs and right-direction coil springs.
By material: There are mainly TPU spring wires and PVC spring wires; TPU spring wires are flame-retardant, oil-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, low temperature-resistant, UV-resistant, wear-resistant, and hydrolysis-resistant, etc. PU material is increasingly being used as a selection material for spring wires.

Flexible cables are the selected cables for power transmission and signal transmission in towline motion systems, also known as towline cables, towing cables, mobile cables, robot cables, etc. The conductor structure of flexible cables primarily follows the stranded copper conductor structure specified in DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 228 standards. The sheath is often made of low-viscosity, flexible, and wear-resistant materials to reduce the wear rate of the cable during continuous back-and-forth movement.
Flexible cables are primarily divided into the following categories based on their functions: sensor/encoder cables, servo motor cables, robot cables, cleaning cables, and towline cables.
Flexible cables differ from ordinary fixed installation cables. Please refer to the following installation and precautions during installation:
1. The laying of the towing chain cable must not be twisted, meaning that the cable should not be unrolled from one end of the cable drum or cable reel. Instead, the drum or reel should be rotated to unroll the cable. If necessary, the cable can be unrolled or hung up. The cable used for this purpose can only be obtained directly from the cable drum.
2. Pay attention to the minimum bending radius of the cable.
3. Cables must be laid loosely side by side in the drag chain, arranged as far apart as possible, separated by spacers or threaded into the separation holes of the support gaps. The gap between cables in the drag chain should be at least 10% of the cable diameter.
4. The cables in the tow chain must not touch or become entangled with each other.
5. Both ends of the cable should be fixed, or at least the moving end of the drag chain should be fixed. Generally, the distance from the moving point of the cable to the end of the drag chain should be 20-30 times the diameter of the cable.
6. Please ensure that the cables are fully moved within the bending radius, meaning they should not be forced to move. This allows the cables to move relative to each other or to the guiding device. After a period of operation, it is still necessary to check the position of the cables. This check should be performed after pushing or pulling.
7. If the drag chain is broken, its cable also needs to be replaced, as damage caused by excessive stretching cannot be avoided.
